Speaking of your baby bump, it’s possible that you’ve already been documenting the growth of your beautiful baby by posting selfies on social media. But a selfie probably captures just your baby bump and probably isn’t a maternity portrait of you from head to toe. Selfies are convenient, fast, and fun, but they’re not professional. Think about it: You can’t print your selfie on a big canvas and then hang it on your wall! After your maternity session, we’ll get to work creating high-quality art prints. We specialize in the most detailed and comprehensive editing! You’ll be able to view your finished portraits at your ordering appointment, where I’ll help you pick your favorites and decide how you’d like to preserve them and enjoy them for years to come!

Here are examples of the special heirloom products that we’ll produce for you: heirloom albums, portfolio boxes with museum quality fine art prints, modern acrylic pieces, wood art pieces, handmade museum quality canvases, and more! Enjoying the fine art experience with us will be a much different experience than taking a selfie.

Professional maternity sessions offer more locations and opportunities for quality than selfies do. Let’s face it: Most baby bump selfies are taken in front of a bathroom mirror, so they aren’t really that appealing in terms of quality. During a maternity photoshoot, on the other hand, you’ll be in our studio dressed in gorgeous gowns with elegant setups and backdrops. With a maternity session inside our studio, we’ll have fans blow your hair for artistic effect, position our lights so that they emphasize how gorgeous you are, and dress you in the finest maternity outfits that money can buy! But not every maternity session needs to be a studio maternity shoot. We offer outdoor maternity sessions, too! Our usual locations for these sessions are the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, Fort Worth Botanic Garden, Highland Park, and White Rock Lake. Depending on the weather, time of year, and the type of setting that you’ll look best in, we could either do a pregnancy photoshoot outdoors or inside our studio. The possibilities are endless!
