We provide an amazing selection of backdrops, props, outfits, wraps etc. that will be used to design your newborn session. We also provide all the little necessities for your baby such as a changing table, diapers, wipes so you don’t have to worry about a thing. All of our Newborn photography sessions include family images and our professional hair and makeup artist is ready to pamper and glam you up!

NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY FAQ

When should I schedule my newborn session?

Newborn sessions are best captured when your baby is between 5-12 days old. Since the time frame is pretty tight we would recommend reaching out at least one/two month before your due date to ensure availability.

How long is a newborn session?

Newborn sessions can last anywhere from 2-4 hours. Some newborn sessions can be done very quickly, others take a bit more time and the baby needs a few feeding/soothing breaks. Newborn photography can be a waiting game. We are on your baby’s schedule and that’s totally fine.

Do I need to bring any props for my session?

We are a full service studio and will provide all the necessary props and accessories for your session. If there’s anything dear to your heart that you might want included in your session, please let us know ahead of time so we can incorporate it in the session the best way possible.

What if my baby comes earlier or later than the expected date?

When you book a newborn session with us you are not scheduling a specific date but you are guaranteed a spot for your session. Once your baby is born you will simply let us know and we will provide a few dates and times to choose from in those first 6-12 days of life. If you are scheduled for a c section or induction we will select your date ahead of time and confirm it once the baby arrives.

What happens if my baby is in the NICU longer than two weeks?

We will gladly schedule your session once your baby is home. Baby’s safety is our first priority!
